On March 9th Social Business Earth will hold a special workshop on Social Business at the Univertisy of Svizzera Italiana.
I will be held within the Course of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice (Master of Management, prof. Gianluca Colombo).
I'll talk (in videoconference) about Cure Thalassemia and my experience in Social Business.
It is going to be very interesting, and I'll also have a Q&A session. The agenda is here.
Thanks to Samantha Caccamo and Gianluca Colombo for the invitation.
What can I say? Thank you and I'm honored. I would like to add that aside from this being a list of some relaly great people, there is a lot of truth to it. Stay tuned for the beast of a full court press we're unleashing in 2010.Thanks again for including me on this list.

Speaking the language of coustmer-centricity is not good enough. Companies must talk-the talk and walk-the-walk for brand strategy. Brand strategies are most effective when based in the design and delivery of business services themselves.a0 Listening to the conversations people engage online about a topic (such asa0your brand), and eliciting the participation of those people in the development and refinement of products and services, are two key parts of an experience design strategy. Even though you may think this is a Duh! insight, consider recent findings on the engagement gap.
