A few days ago with Monica I met in Rome Clémentine Antier, a Gangster of MakeSense.
She is french and has worked at Danone, now doing an Internship at the Nutrition and Consumer Protection Division at FAO.
She met Prof. Yunus and she wants to become a social business entrepreneur; she wants to learn as much as she can on this topic. Christian Vanizette , MakesSense co-founder, suggested her to be in touch me, since I live in Rome.
We had a really interesting discussion about Social Business, and I've been very impressed to see how she is willing to work and/or start a Social Business. It is nice to meet such kind of nice people, especially when they are young.
If you are a MakeSense gangster and get in Rome for any reason, contact me and I'll happy to meet you.
I agree with everything in this blog post. I'm most thaknful for Twitter, obviously. Without Twitter, I don't know how I would get breaking news or find out about burrito deals around Boston. I am grateful for social media in general because it gives an individual the power to create his or her own digital identity. I would be even more grateful if Facebook came up with a dislike button so I could tell my sister how I really feel about her middle school night life. Great post Jeff!
